  • What are your studio hours?
    We are by appointment only. We are not open to the public. Please contact us for an appointment.
  • Do we need to meet in person?
    In most cases no. 90% of the time it is not necessary, and we work virtually for you. If you feel more comfortable meeting face-to-face, we will make that happen for you.
  • Who is my contact person?
    Cherie’! In all communication from when your inquiry is submitted until after your wedding, Cherie will be your main contact!
  • Do you have a recommended vendor list?
    We have a page on our site dedicated to our Most Loved Vendors! Check them out!
  • What is your booking process?
    We ask that you fill out our comprehensive questionnaire. Here is where you tell us as many details that you know. This cuts down the back and forth and a million questions. Cherie’ will look over what you send to her, and we start on your quote! If we have any questions, we will reach out for clarification. We then send you your quote with the contract and payment terms. At this time we hope to schedule a consult with you on the phone to talk through your vision, make changes and get to know each other more! We leave your quote active for 5 days. Why? Because we book up incredibly fast and our system is set up to not overbook. If your quote expires, you will then need to email Cherie’ to check availability, and we compose another quote. We ask that if your quote expires that you are serious about your interest in Amour because she spends a lot of time working on these proposals. Everything is done digital, You can accept the quote, E-sign the contract and make your retainer payment all through your online portal with Amour Floral.
  • Do you have payment plans?
    Yes, we do! We understand what we do is a WANT, not a NEED, but we want you to have it all! We offer payments of 3 and 4 during the contract period.
  • What does a Exclusivity Clause mean?
    This means we would prefer to provide you with all of your florals! It's mainly to protect your aesthetic and our brand!
  • Do you set up and breakdown?
    Yes! Fees may apply depending on the distance and difficulty of the venue.
  • Do you travel?
    We travel to some parts of Northeast Ohio. Travel fees may apply.
  • Do you offer large installs?
    We sure do! We love doing ceiling installs, statement pieces, and floral intensive arches.
  • Do you have rentals?
    Yes, we do! All of our florals come with vases, candles, etc! Arches come free with flowers! It’s a huge savings for our clients. Essentially, you are paying only for floral and labor.
  • Our opinion on silk floral vs fresh floral?
    Our roots started with silk floral in 1992. We will always love working with silks but since working with fresh flowers nothing compares! It's a matter of preference, in our opinion. Just know that if you want a realistic look, your silks will be in a higher price range.
